About Me

I hold the space for a wide range of clients who wish to develop their self-awareness, improve their relationships and step more fully into their life purpose.

My origins are multi-cultural and I have lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. I graduated from Cambridge University, completed my MBA at INSEAD. After university I joined the Boston Consulting Group, the start of a twenty year career in the business world spanning consulting, board level recruitment, international business development, freelancing and entrepreneurship. I understand the desire for stability and the lure, pitfalls, opportunity and stresses of the corporate ladder, the risky sense of empowerment encountered through self-employment and the pioneering thrills and challenges of business start-ups. I am analytical and strategic, yet intuitive and creative. I understand how the world of work can be a place of stagnation, cynicism and loss of self, while also a platform for self-discovery, skill-development and a vehicle for the offering of our gifts in service of the whole.

In parallel to my adventures in business, I have been a constant learner and seeker, curious about the human condition, what constitutes a meaningful life, how to sustain enriching relationships and re-connect to one’s essential self and deepest purpose. I trained as a Life Coach with CTI twenty years ago, completed qualifications in Existential Psychotherapy (NSPC), Transpersonal Eco-Psychology (Alef Trust), Psychosynthesis counselling (Psychosynthesis Trust), ULab (MIT, Presencing Institute) and Systemic Leadership Coaching & Constellations (COLPI, The Whole Partnership).

I am married and have two teenage sons. I’ve navigated country moves, school system changes, have periodically home schooled my children and explored alternative paths in education, food and medicine, to meet their need for wholeness. I have been fired in the crucible of these essential family bonds that offer a constant supply of kindling for suffering, for healing, for joy and for growth.

I have participated in workshops with Depth Psychologist Bill Plotkin and Systems Philosopher Charles Eisenstein and my life path and thinking has been deeply influenced by these experiences and the work of many deep thinkers and most especially of Joanna Macy, Thomas Berry, Duane Elgin, Thomas Yeomans and David Abrams.

I am passionate about facilitating individuals, teams and organisations, to align with their true purpose, becoming instruments of transformation in a world in the midst of transition.
